Its amazing how time flies when you're with someone you love. All the more amazing for me, who has never known love this way before. Looking back 6 months before, I would never have thought I would have the capacity to love like this.
But somewhere in that dreary, repetitive and monotone life of mine, I found you, my darling. Someone to love with my whole heart. Someone to pluck my guitar STRINGs for who I know would appreciate it. Someone to send LILIES to and see the happy, happy look on her face at the receiving end. Someone who would SMILE with me during happy times and cry with me throughout the sad. Someone to eat WAFFLES with knowing that she loves the same type of foods(mostly :-P) as I. But most importantly, someone to share my life with that loves me for who I am.
Nothing lasts forever, but some things do last a lifetime. This lifetime I want to spend with you, as PENGUIN AND CHIPMUNK. It is sooooooo difficult to find true love. But we found each other and for that I am eternally grateful.
Thank you for your care and support all this time darling. I will be depending more on you in the future and really hope you will learn to depend more on me as well.
From your cute cute Penguin ;-)

MARCH MARCH MARCH...
We were given a lovely present yesterday. It was something sweet and thoughtful, and it really looked so lovely. It’s rose gold in the inside with white gold surrounding the inner heartpiece. I can imagine wearing it with that one perfect black dress that’s sitting in my humble closet. Just gotta find a day to wear it. =)
March went by in a blink. There was SOMETHING to do every week, and did anybody notice last month had 5 Saturdays???? Rawrs!!!
It was full speed, really, flying to two countries, Singapore and then Cambodia, attending events, weddings, pharmaceutical conferences, and rhinology talks.

And to close it all, it was sis’s convocation on the last day of the month. She is an ACCA graduate already; with God’s blessing she has completed all papers and is soon going to be a full-fledged Chartered Accountant. Saw that gleam of happiness in daddy’s face every time he mentions to his friends that his daughter is an ACCA graduate, and am so proud and happy for sis for her success. Gonna have a family photo session this weekend! =)))

Also got a surprise gift from my honey.. =)
There we were, under the glimmering stars of the night, cuddling cozily on a soft cushioned sofa-like bench fit for two overlooking the pool, and we had the waiter serve us fruit punch for him and English tea for me in the chilly cozy night. It was close to midnight almost everyone was already fast asleep. We were sitting overlooking the swimming pool, and there were collections of that oh-so familiar song of Mandy Moore playing in the background, which reminded us of that favourite movie of ours.
Suddenly I remembered the very first time honey serenaded for me with his guitar. It was an imperfect piece, with his nervousness and anxiety, but in all good faith that I knew he wanted it to be perfect, which was why it was simply just perfect for me. I turned to look at him and smiled. Almost like he seemed he knew, he leaned forward and kissed me, told me he loved me and kissed me again.
And then, he took out a little red velvet pouch and gave it to me. I looked at it and asked him what was it, and he asked me to open to see. Inside was a perfect little gift. How it glimmered against the light, it was simply beautiful. Really loved it. Can’t wait to see how the final piece would look like..
Design for me honey?? *kisses*

Cambodia was simply awesome. We took the time to really explore the culture of this rather humble place, a bit hot and dry on the bad side but nothing to complain since we could always go back to such a nice resort. Each of us shared the most luxurious room in the spa. All the luxurious things like the 2 hour body wrap and massage, spa, jacuzzi, swimming pool, it was beyond relaxation - it was almost heavenly. Now being back home, I’m tempted to go for more body massage. =)
We had a tour guide, Mr Picheth Seang to explain to us the history and culture of the biggest temple in the world, Angkor Wat, and saw some beautiful views of the ruins of what seemed like a majestic place some many centuries ago, amongst other places like the Angkor Town, the Temple with the trees (where Tomb Raider was shot), and we discovered the importance of religion through the inscriptions on the walls of these ancient monuments, how the lifestyles of the people living back then was storied upon the walls in carvings of such intricate and meticulous manner that it is almost impossible not to adore.
And the dinner by the boat while savuoring each moment as the sun sets behind the clouds, and being accompanied by traditional instrumental music and good food compliments from the hotel, ahh that was good too. =)

I guess the only thing that was a bummer was that I got Influenza B, and it’s sticking around a bit too long. Finding it a nuisance. Go away disease!!! Grrrr….
Now that the month is over, I’m so glad I can take a chill pill and relax for a bit. Sooo many people to catch up with; have been putting them away for far too long now!!!
Ah, relaxation…
Oh wait, nooooooo, I forgot, I just found out in the meeting yesterday that my Managing Director, Mr Lim hand-picked me to go to Singapore this month end!!! Damn, why me?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Ahhh man, fly again!!!!
Getting bored of it already lahhhh....
Grrs..
Lotsa love.
