A New Tale..And Lots More Stories to Come.. =)

And so I have landed in the Land of the Brits.. How has it been so far?? Well its been awesome, except for the agonizing fact that I miss the family to bits..! Everyday I come home to this empty box-like room, and although it seems so comfortable (and it is), its just lacking the hysterical noises of laughs and chatter. I remember the first day I entered into this room after dinner, the room was just.... EMPTY.. and suddenly I miss everyone at home so much..! =(

But hey, there are some good parts. Firstly, the sun sets at 10.30 pm over here, and it rises at 4.00 am everyday, so there's more day than night here, which I find just...WEIRD.. Haha.. but it's amazing too!!! Feels so energetic just coz of the weather. Everything is faster here. Sleep faster, eat faster, only doing homework is slower..haha.. (Guess the study mood hasn't set in yet) =P It's always wet over here (due to the rain), but I love rain, and hate the sun, so I'm at the right spot on Earth now..! =) The wind blows from the North, so that's why its so coooold at night coz North=Arctic.

Went to York during the weekend for a one day trip, and no words can describe the overwhelming beauty that some strategic spots hold. The York Minster stands tall in pride, and its beauty is worth the meticulous marvelling. =) Took this silly picture. Haha. So funny trying to get everyone into Ron's sunglasses's reflection. =P

And the grass.... Aaaaah... did I mention that its as soft as a feathered pillow??? I was laying on the grass looking up a shabby tree, and I swear the beauty of the swaying leaves and the contrast of its different colours when the sun passes by makes u feel like in a whole other world, and there's no other place in the world you'd rather be than just lay under that tree. First time feeling so aimless feels so GOOD. Haha. Who'd ever knew that looking at a tree from down under would propose such beauty???
Uni has started, and today's a kickstart to the second week already. How fast time flies. There's just so much more to see! And experience! And I'm looking foreward to every single moment of it..! But despite all that, my family's close at heart. And I miss Cha and Jon just as much.. This was the last time I saw my loved ones... Cha and Jon came all the way to send me off that day.. Now u know why they are just lovely darlings????.. and yeap, I did cry... Awwww.. ^^..
